It was medium spicy, and even that was pretty intense! I needed lots of soy milk to cool it down.
What was the duck intestine like?
It was chewy, not slimy, and the taste was a bit overpowered by the chili and broth, but I'd try it again!
What was the best part of the meal?
The spicy beef was amazing! It was so tender and flavorful, even with all the chili.
What dessert did you try?
We had Bing Fen, which was shaved ice with jelly and various toppings. It was a great way to cool down after the spicy hot pot.
