It was amazing! The meat quality was super good, and it was way better than any regular meatball I've had before. The sponge cake was delicious, and I especially loved the shrimp with chili sauce.
What was the most memorable part of your trip?
Definitely meeting those two kind locals who invited me to sit with them and share their tea and dim sum. It made my experience so much better!
What did you learn about local life in Hong Kong?
I learned how some locals grow and sell their vegetables right next to the restaurants. It's a very local, non-mass production system. It was really interesting to see!
