Honestly, everything was unreal! Every single thing I put in my mouth was amazing.
How would you describe the Peking duck?
The duck skin was double-layered, crispy and soft. The meat was so tender, it melted in my mouth. It didn't even taste like skin, it tasted like meat!
What was the most surprising dish?
Probably the vinegar yellow fish. I didn't expect the fish to be so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The glaze was amazing!
