The Suan Tang Niu Rou was a highlight! It's a sour and spicy soup, and we all really enjoyed it.
What was the hardest part of your trip?
Definitely climbing Gemstone Hill! It was all stairs, and it was so hot, but the views from the top were worth it.
What was it like meeting Tabitha's Chinese teacher?
It was fantastic to finally meet her in person after so many online lessons. She treated us to an amazing authentic meal!
