Probably that we could drive in ourselves because it was so late, and that the escalator cost extra!
What was the food like in Shangri-La?
The food was really nice! We had really good food that was really nice.
What was the most challenging part of the journey?
Probably charging the bike at high altitudes, and making sure we could make it to our destination with the range we had.
What's the story behind the name 'Tiger Leaping Gorge'?
The legend says a tiger leaped across the gorge at its narrowest point. Apparently, tigers still live there and can cross the river when the water level is low in winter.
What was your hotel like?
It was really cool! I have an apartment-like room with two rooms, a shower, and a bathtub. It's even cooler on the outside.
